Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC)

Shotcrete Concrete
Constchem Chemicals LLP offers high-performance Shotcrete Concrete solutions designed for rapid application, strong adhesion, and durable performance in the most challenging construction environments. Shotcrete, also known as sprayed concrete, is pneumatically projected at high velocity onto surfaces—forming a compact, dense concrete layer that bonds instantly without the need for traditional formwork.
Whether for slope stabilization, tunnel linings, retaining structures, or repair works, Constchem’s Shotcrete products deliver efficiency, strength, and safety—reducing time and labor on site while increasing structural integrity.
What Is Shotcrete?
Shotcrete is a specially formulated concrete or mortar mix applied using a spray nozzle. It is typically reinforced with steel mesh or fibers and used in two variants:
- Dry-mix Shotcrete: Cement and aggregate are mixed dry and water is added at the nozzle during spraying.
- Wet-mix Shotcrete: All components are premixed before being pumped and sprayed, ensuring uniformity and reduced rebound.
- High early and ultimate strength
- Excellent adhesion to vertical, overhead, and irregular surfaces
- Reduced formwork and faster construction time
- Resistant to weathering, corrosion, and impact.
- Compatible with steel mesh and fiber reinforcement.
- Low rebound and dust generation for safer application
Key Features
Constchem provides both types, depending on project needs, with customizable additives for improved bonding, setting time, workability, and durability.
